playpkr Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the playpkr website, including all pages, features, games, and services accessible at playpkr.im and any associated mobile-optimised versions.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on playpkr, through which you access games, deposits, withdrawals, and bonuses.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the playpkr Platform in any capacity, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into your playpkr Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, deposit match bonuses, or any other non-cash incentive awarded to your Account by playpkr under an active promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process conducted by playpkr using your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) and any supporting documentation required to verify your identity, age, and payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds (or a combination of deposit and bonus) must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any behaviour, action, or pattern of activity that playpkr has expressly prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Force Majeure" refers to events beyond playpkr's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or financial system outages.

By completing the playpkr registration process, clicking "I Agree" on any confirmation screen, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by all of them.

These Terms apply to all use of the playpkr Platform, whether accessed from a mobile device, desktop browser, or any other internet-connected device. The applicable version of these Terms is always the most recently published version available at playpkr.im/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Access to playpkr and participation in real money games is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a playpkr employee or contractor in a role involving platform operations, game development, or odds management.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from playpkr or had your Account permanently closed for violation of these Terms.

playpkr takes the 21+ age restriction extremely seriously. Age verification is conducted through CNIC-based KYC before any withdrawal is processed. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately without notice, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Each player may hold only one registered Account on playpkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 KYC Verification

playpkr is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of your valid CNIC (front and back). Additional documentation — such as proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at playpkr's discretion for fraud prevention purposes. KYC is a one-time process for most players and typically takes 2–5 business minutes during normal operating hours.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. playpkr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately. playpkr cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

playpkr accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied.

5.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Deposits are credited to your playpkr Account within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 15–60 minutes for bank transfers depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• playpkr does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which playpkr bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000
• Withdrawals are processed within 60 minutes for KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours (06:00–02:00 PKT).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• playpkr reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or for accounts that have not previously completed full KYC.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until any applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds have been satisfied.

playpkr offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal PSL cricket promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Some high-value deposit bonuses may carry different wagering multiples — these are always stated explicitly on the promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette, typically contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers contribute 100% when placed at minimum odds of 1.50. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated by bonus funds is capped at 5x the original bonus value.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: playpkr monitors betting patterns to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk. playpkr reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

All casino games available on the playpkr Platform — including slots, live table games, video poker, and virtual sports — are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited by recognised testing laboratories.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published in the game information panel within the game interface. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of returns on any individual session or wager.

In the event of a technical fault, game crash, disconnection, or any error during a game round, playpkr's system logs are the definitive record of the game state at the time of the fault. playpkr will make reasonable efforts to credit or refund bets affected by genuine technical errors within 72 hours of the fault being confirmed. Bets that have already been settled and credited to your Account prior to a reported fault will not be re-opened.

playpkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable way to make money and should never be used as a financial strategy or to recover previous losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered playpkr players directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions are immediate; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account from real-money gambling for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion can be extended indefinitely. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has elapsed and a written request has been reviewed and approved by the playpkr responsible gaming team.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the playpkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or via proxy IP addresses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification, including misrepresenting your age, name, or identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits and withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through known bugs must be reported immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways that provide an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games, including sharing hand information, chip dumping, or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk play designed to convert bonus funds to real money without genuine wagering risk.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion period, whether your own or one imposed by playpkr.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or that belong to third parties.

playpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A violation of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Account is being used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The Account belongs to a person under 21 years of age.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has instructed playpkr to restrict or close the Account.
• The player has initiated a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal through their payment provider without first seeking resolution through playpkr's support channels.

Where an Account is closed due to a Terms violation, any Real Money balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are always forfeited in full upon closure for Terms violations. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to player conduct — for example, if playpkr ceases operations in a jurisdiction — all verified Real Money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 30 business days.

All content on the playpkr Platform — including but not limited to the playpkr brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of playpkr or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of playpkr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, playpkr's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

playpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any damages arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical issues.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to live game streams caused by third-party studio operators.
• Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Your own failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by playpkr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your data rights.

In summary: playpkr collects only the personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, complete KYC, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and provide customer support. We use industry-standard SSL encryption on all data transmissions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. CNIC data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised KYC personnel.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under playpkr's operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and playpkr arising from or related to these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any game outcome, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact playpkr's customer support team via live chat or email. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 24–48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally, submit a formal written complaint to the playpkr disputes team. A written response will be provided within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, either party may escalate to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body as specified in playpkr's operating licence conditions.

playpkr is committed to resolving all legitimate player disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. We do not impose any fees on players for submitting a formal complaint.

playpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, playpkr will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently due to regulatory, legal, or security reasons — in which case changes may take effect immediately.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. The most current version of these Terms is always available at playpkr.im/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
