Bonus Terms Explained in Plain English
Confused by casino bonus jargon? Here's what every common term actually means — with real PKR examples.
Wagering / Rollover Requirement
The number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A x15 rollover on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 15,000 in total bets before cashing out.
Example: Bonus Rs 2,000 × 15 rollover = you must wager Rs 30,000 total before withdrawal is unlocked.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While you're playing with active bonus funds, there's typically a cap on how much you can bet per round or spin. Going over this limit can void your bonus entirely.
Example: Maximum bet during bonus = Rs 300 per spin. Betting Rs 500 on a single spin while bonus is active may result in forfeiture.
Game Contribution
Not all games count equally toward your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack or baccarat may only contribute 10–20%.
Example: Rs 1,000 bet on slots = Rs 1,000 toward rollover. Rs 1,000 bet on roulette (20% contribution) = only Rs 200 toward rollover.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry date. If you don't meet the wagering requirements within the allowed window, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited.
Example: Welcome bonus activated on Monday — you have 30 days (until next month Monday) to complete x15 rollover or lose the bonus.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus cannot be withdrawn — only your real-money winnings from it can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus is added on top of your cash and can be separated and withdrawn after wagering is complete.
Example: Sticky bonus Rs 1,000 — you cannot withdraw that Rs 1,000 itself, but if it grows to Rs 4,000 and you meet rollover, you withdraw Rs 3,000 in profits.
Maximum Cash-Out
Even after meeting all wagering requirements, there's often a cap on how much you can withdraw from bonus winnings. Any amount above this cap is removed from your account.
Example: Max cash-out on welcome bonus = Rs 20,000. Even if you turned Rs 1,000 bonus into Rs 50,000, you can only withdraw Rs 20,000 from that bonus pool.
